Must Have
5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, Experience with Open Source technologies, Experience in the Metrics/Monitoring space, First class written and oral communication skills, Technical mindset

Recent grad of a coding bootcamp, Previous post-sales or engineering experience

Educating potential and existing customers
Sharing technical and product expertise with customers
Partnering closely with the Sales team
Qualifying and closing opportunities
Providing a feedback loop on products and the competitive landscape
Driving product conversations based on customer needs

We also partner closely with our Sales team to help qualify and close opportunities.
