As a Senior Solution Engineer, you'll be part of the Solution Engineering & Delivery team, dedicated to translating customer demands into standardized solutions that cater to customer needs. In your day to day, you will: Assess the technical challenge of the customer, translating the customer’s challenge into a solution that delivers value from leveraging Fourthline’s proprietary solutions. Collaborate with the customer as the technical expert from the pre-sales stage, all the way to safeguarding a seamless transition to the delivery of the solution. Own the technical aspect of the sales cycle and successfully portray a combination of deep technical and solutioning expertise, communication, commercial savviness and coordination skills between customers and internal Fourthline teams to achieve your mission.
