We partner closely with customers to understand their workflows, design intelligent automation solutions, and ensure our agents deliver real business value. Our work spans workflow design, agent configuration, technical integration, and ongoing optimization. We collaborate with engineering, ML, and product teams to translate abstract problems into scalable, agentic systems that work in the real world. This is a high-context, high-ownership environment where Deployment engineers operate with autonomy, move fast, and shape both how Beam’s platform evolves and how our customers succeed. ### **About the Role** As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of AI, product, and customer success. You own the full lifecycle of automation delivery, from discovery through deployment, working directly with enterprise clients to turn complex workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions using Beam's Agent OS. This is a high-context, high-ownership role. You'll spend your time in client conversations, prompt engineering, workflow decomposition, integration planning, and close collaboration with product and engineering.
