What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of related experience, such as sales, implementation, solutions building, or engineering, Understanding and experience with Public Sector compliance, IT policies, and deployment models, Experienced in working with Systems integrator teams for implementation and deployment planning and scoping, Experience working with Enterprise and Public Sector Cybersecurity and compliance teams for compliance documentation, ATO conversations, and navigating cybersecurity policies, BA degree or higher

Nice to Have

Background in asset management is preferred, Prior consulting and sales experience and analytical problem-solving skills is a plus, Experience with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc., Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations., Experience working with ERP, CMMS or facility operations software., Ability to perform in a remote work setting.

Provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers

Maintain content used by both sales staff and clients

Mentor sales staff on product knowledge

Be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase

Work with the sales staff to collect customer feedback

Provide the necessary tools and processes to accelerate deals

and improve sales team efficacy

Connect with a variety of customers to help drive sales across all verticals

Team with sales to present MaintainX to prospective clients

Import real customer data into trial accounts

Be the go-to product expert

Stay informed on product updates

Build trust with customer stakeholders

Learn to anticipate customer needs

Utilize consulting and selling skills to engage with customer pain points and present possible Sales with MaintainX

Collaborate with a Solutions Architect to develop customer-specific integrations

and customer support to find solutions for prospective customers

Develop and launch new sales assets and collateral

Keep existing sales assets and collateral up-to-date

Mentor sales staff by reinforcing product knowledge and messaging/positioning

Collect marketing and product feedback from day-to-day customer interactions

and provide feedback to the product marketing team

Working with sales staff and clients to understand customer's business and workflows; Mentoring sales staff on product knowledge; Working with sales staff to collect customer feedback; Teaming with sales to present MaintainX to prospective clients; Collaborating with a Solutions Architect to develop customer-specific integrations; Working with marketing, product management, engineering, implementation, and customer support; Collaborating with product marketing managers

Outstanding verbal and written communication ability; Ability to adjust communication style based on customers’ personalities and based on stakeholders’ objectives; Ability to present effectively and command attention with a variety of stakeholder perspectives
