What They're Looking For.
Must Have
previous of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting, specifically within the enterprise SaaS landscape, full professional fluency in English and German, deep knowledge of the LMS/learning technology industry, ideally with a background in HCM or talent intelligence, technical pulse on enterprise architecture, APIs, SSO, and HRIS integrations, mastered the art of whiteboarding and storytelling, making complex technical solutions feel simple and inspiring to executive audiences, proven instinct for winning multi-stakeholder deals in a competitive market
Nice to Have
any additional European languages are a major plus, deep vertical expertise in a specific industry or use case that aligns with Docebo's core market, advanced familiarity with skills taxonomies and complex HRIS ecosystem mapping
