You have a proven ability to lead discovery and solution definition sessions, act as the voice of the customer, and ensure that client solutions align with both business objectives and enterprise delivery standards. You excel in translating between business and technical audiences, building trusted relationships, and driving solutions that deliver tangible results. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead initial project scoping and analysis activities, including pricing exercises and impact assessments. Facilitate detailed Solution Definition meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders and materials are included to achieve a cohesive solution. Conduct solution planning sessions to align cross-functional teams and ensure clarity in delivery objectives. Leverage your knowledge of client implementations, operations, and Zinnia’s business offerings to ensure solutions are practical, aligned, and scalable.
