The Senior Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring that enterprise restaurant brands are set up for long-term success: owning the design, integration architecture, and implementation planning that transforms a signed contract into a thriving, fully deployed operation. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical owner from the moment a customer commits to Toast through the completion of their rollout. You'll work hand-in-hand with Pre-Sales Engineers, Solutions Delivery Leads, Product Managers, Technical Onboarding Consultants, and Customer Success Managers to ensure that a customer’s technical solution is sound and that they are ready to scale. You'll translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, own integration specifications end-to-end, and be the single source of truth on solution integrity across the customer journey.
