What You'll Do.
Partner with Sales Executives to uncover clients' global employment needs and turn them into proposals that win.
Translate the complexity of Global Employment and the Oyster Platform into clear, customer-centric assets.
Guide the technical conversation, explain employment in different jurisdictions, compare benefits packages, and prepare implementation readiness plans.
Create templates, automations, and AI-powered tools to help the sales team self-serve on technical validation.
Build business case materials, test stakeholder engagement, and help navigate competitive situations.
Provide product feedback, enable the sales team, and surface patterns from large deals.
Use data to inform improvements, enable the team on changes, and influence XFN level on projects from the SC roadmap.
