Key job responsibilities As a trusted customer advocate, Solutions Architects help our Telco, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Sports customers understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and provide advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud and deploying innovative solutions. You’ll help drive successful business outcomes across a broad set of enterprise customers through your passion for educating, training, designing and building cloud solutions. As your customer's AWS CTO, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build deep adoption and broad use of AWS within your enterprise customers, and you will do this by mobilising resources within AWS and working with our extensive partner network. #aws-ags-anz A day in the life As an Senior Solutions Architect, you will manage your time to support our customers and account teams with your detailed understanding of AWS Services. Where a customer's need is not your forte, you will reach out to SMEs via AWS internal mechanisms while retaining ownership of the customer's inquiry.
