What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience as a Solutions Architect in complex enterprise environments, Proven involvement in large-scale digital and customer experience transformations, including digital applications and platform change, background across digital channels, customer journeys, integrations and platform architecture, Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services or government, Hands-on architecture capability, working closely with agile and SAFe delivery teams, Ability to connect business process design, customer experience and technical architecture end-to-end, Deep understanding of modern digital architectures, including APIs, integration patterns and cloud-based platforms, stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence business, delivery and technology leaders, Sound judgement balancing delivery pace, risk and long-term sustainability, A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-change environments, A credible technical leader, clear communicator and collaborative team player with a customer focus

As the Senior Solutions Architect, Scams; you’ll shape the end‑to‑end architecture that supports how we manage and resolve scam‑related complaints at scale. This role brings together business, customer and regulatory needs to design secure, scalable and well‑integrated solutions across digital channels, workflows, data and platforms. Operating in a complex, high‑change environment, you’ll be a hands‑on technical leader and trusted advisor, enabling delivery while keeping architectural integrity front and centre.
