7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture at a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company, Comfortable writing code and scripting to stand up integrations, Solid fluency in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD, Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC, Hands-on experience building with AI agents, Comfort with ambiguity, Proactivity to create clarity in undefined situations, Self-starter who drives outcomes without a pre-existing playbook, Exceptional demo and communication, Experience juggling multiple high-stakes design partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously, Team-first mindset that allows you to operate autonomously while making those around you better through shared insights and cross-functional alignment

What You'll Do.
Spearhead the go-to-market launch of our new AI-native software development platform
Act as one of the first faces of the product
Bring deep technical expertise to initial design partners
Translate feedback into a roadmap for product and engineering teams
Partner in a tight-knit GTM squad
Ensure technical positioning is sharp
Ensure proofs-of-value are undeniable
Lead technical discovery and solution design
Turn early interest into production-grade adoption
Set up demo environments
Create sales playbooks
Own the technical relationship with design partners and prospects
Lead discovery and solution design to turn interest into long-term adoption
Serve as the bridge to Product and Engineering by synthesizing customer signals and workflow gaps to drive the product’s evolution
Partner with Sales to develop the playbook
