What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-10 years of experience in HR systems, People Systems, HRIS, or ATS administration, Hands-on SmartRecruiters configuration experience, Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), Experience supporting or partnering on ATS-related process improvement, Knowledge of data privacy, controls, and audit considerations in recruiting systems, Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, or data flows between ATS and HCM platforms

Nice to Have

Experience with Workday Core HCM or Workday Recruiting, Experience supporting ATS-HCM integrations or implementation cycles, Understanding and passion in applying AI in the overall sourcing & recruit processes, Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude or Cursor

Lead & implement solutions for Grab’s ATS

Perform essential system administration functions

Manage system life cycles

Drive process improvement and innovative solutions

Develop user procedures
