Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, 5+ years of overall experience, with a proven track record in software release management or technical project leadership, Expertise in solving complex problems on-the-fly and managing multi-disciplinary projects within ambiguous environments, organizational leadership skills with the ability to work independently and drive results across global teams, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with public speaking and technical reporting in English

Nice to Have

from initial kickoff to final signoff

Facilitate critical release milestones

including Feature Freeze

while managing retrospective sessions to drive continuous improvement

Manage simultaneous release tracks across various lifecycles

including General Availability (GA)

and Long-Term Support (LTS)

Direct bug triage processes to ensure release convergence and prioritize customer-facing fixes

Oversee release branches

and versioning to ensure seamless integration at both the feature and release levels
