Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, 5+ years of overall experience, with a proven track record in software release management or technical project leadership, Expertise in solving complex problems on-the-fly and managing multi-disciplinary projects within ambiguous environments, organizational leadership skills with the ability to work independently and drive results across global teams, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with public speaking and technical reporting in English
Nice to Have
Proficiency with enterprise tools such as MS PowerBI, Confluence, and ticketing systems like Jira or Redmine, Deep technical familiarity with Networking technologies and agile software development methodologies, Hands-on experience with GIT and version control best practices, Prior success in product management combined with software release execution
What You'll Do.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software releases for host and switch products
from initial kickoff to final signoff
and bug metrics using advanced planning and tracking tools to build performance indicators
Facilitate critical release milestones
including Feature Freeze
while managing retrospective sessions to drive continuous improvement
Manage simultaneous release tracks across various lifecycles
including General Availability (GA)
and Long-Term Support (LTS)
Direct bug triage processes to ensure release convergence and prioritize customer-facing fixes
Oversee release branches
and versioning to ensure seamless integration at both the feature and release levels

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Marketing to synchronize schedules and ensure rigorous quality standards; Monitor cross-team dependencies and escalate risks to maintain alignment between development, verification, and QA clusters; drive results across global teams
