What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Engineering, Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks for E2E and API, Exposure to performance testing tools such as k6 or similar, understanding of software quality principles, testing methodologies, and best practices, Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and preventing defects, Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, A desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve testing skills, leadership qualities, capable of mentoring and fostering growth in others
Nice to Have
Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, and cloud services (e.g. , AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. , AWS Code Pipeline, Github Actions), Experience using monitoring and logging tools (e.g. , Datadog, New Relic, Grafana), Exposure to, or experience contributing to, lower-level tests such as Unit and Integration tests
