5+ years of software engineering experience, 2 years building production voice AI or conversational AI systems, Deep experience with voice AI pipelines, Production experience with agentic architectures, Hands-on experience with telephony systems, Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, Experience with STT/TTS providers, Production experience with LLM APIs, High agency and autonomy, Excellent communication
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated environments, AWS infrastructure experience, Background in real-time systems, Experience building analytics pipelines for voice/conversational metrics, Familiarity with RAG architectures, Track record of migrating or evaluating vendor platforms, Experience with Datadog APM, LLM Observability
