What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD), 6+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (MS), 8+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (BS or equivalent), Experience building testing, infrastructure and test automation, Experience working on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Autonomous Driving, Replay testing, or Simulation environments, Substantial experience with Python/C++ in a software driven environment, leadership and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
scaling the use of autonomous vehicles simulation frameworks, Bazel, Docker, Jenkins, AI/ML systems, working with AI-native systems, large-scale simulation for hardware or software validation of any robotics solution

Evaluate Autonomous Vehicle performance
Streamline and automate simulation tests
Build reliable and scalable infrastructure
Analyze complex technical issues
Guide technical aspects of test scenario creation

Bridge needs of Autonomous Vehicle development
Improve modules that simulate real world driving
Mentor and guide junior engineers
