technical skills in Salesforce development, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL, Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems, Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Agentforce, including configuring agent reasoning, defining specific actions through Flows or Apex, and managing trust layer settings, Integrate Data Cloud with Agentforce to ensure AI agents have the real-time context needed to execute complex business tasks, Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA, Knowledge of data migration and data mgmt. tools and techniques, such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard, understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Health, and Marketing Clouds, Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce, understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, Requires thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of a discipline and developed knowledge of other related disciplines, typically gained through a university degree and 6-8+ years of experience
