THE OPPORTUNITY Flock Safety is looking for a frontend-focused, Senior Software Engineer to join our Search team. Search is one of the most critical features at Flock, it's the tool our customers rely on every day to follow leads, identify patterns, and help keep their communities safer. In this role, your focus will be heavily frontend-leaning (around 90%), but you'll maintain the fullstack context needed to build seamless end-to-end features. You'll be working on a high-traffic production system where the quality of your work has a direct impact on outcomes that matter. We need someone who cares as much about how something looks and feels as how it works, and who holds themselves and their teammates to a high standard.
