Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs What you’ll do * Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth. * Be a part of a world class global organization. * Design and develop comprehensive automation test scripts and frameworks for our constantly updating A/B testing and personalization workflows. * Collaborate with centralized testing team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. * Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies. * Perform functional, regression, and performance testing. * Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them. * Mentor QA engineers to deliver better QA coverage and results. ## ## **Qualifications** Required Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. * 8+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev. * Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies. * Perform functional, regression, and performance testing. * Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them. * Experience writing exceptional test cases in JIRA, Cucumber etc. * Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. * Solid understand
