You won’t just own features; you’ll own entire domains and the standards we use to build them. Specifically: * **Solve Real Problems:** You will talk to customers and look at feedback to find out what we should build next. You won't wait for a ticket to tell you what to do. * **Build for Scale:** Using **Elixir** and **React** , you will design systems that can handle 10x our current number of users while staying fast and reliable. * **Make Big Decisions:** You will decide how to balance new features with keeping our code clean. You’ll explain these choices clearly to the team and senior leadership. * **Focus on the User:** You will make sure everything we ship is easy and intuitive for students and teachers to use. **What we're looking for:** * **Senior Experience:** You have spent 7+ years building and scaling products. You know what works and what usually breaks as a company grows. * **Frontend Expertise:** You are highly skilled with **React and TypeScript.** * **Backend Knowledge:** We use **Elixir**. If you know it, great. If not, we care more about your ability to understand complex systems and how data flows. *
