We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable, secure, and user-centric applications that power Versant’s next-generation platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup-like environments, embraces SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms, and is passionate about delivering value quickly. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, delivering full-stack solutions that solve real business problems. * Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and modern front-end applications. * Leverage SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms where appropriate to accelerate delivery. * Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team quality. * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Ensure security, performance, and maintainability are core to all solutions. * Work closely with product and architecture teams to align on the technical direction and business priorities. ## Qualifications * 6+ years of professional software development experience. * Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. * Experience with backend development in languages such as Java, Node.
