6+ years backend/server-side experience, Sharp instincts for algorithm design, Fluency with AI-assisted development, Experience prompting LLMs, Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Deep expertise in RESTful API design, Practical experience with microservices, Solid testing discipline, Git/GitHub workflow hygiene, Ability to move fast, Ability to make decisions under ambiguity, Ability to recalibrate quickly, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Genuine curiosity about cryptocurrencies, Genuine understanding of blockchain technology
