Must Have
5+ years of software engineering experience, time spent building developer platforms, internal tooling that other engineers depend on, Deep full-stack instincts, product instincts applied to internal users, Expertise and hands on experience with several of: a CI/CD system, a container orchestrator, build tooling preferably for more than one language, backend-for-frontend, service-to-service communication, Metrics and artifact storage, An independent mindset, Excellent communication
Nice to Have
Experience in data-driven DevX development using metrics such as DORA, Experience with AWS, Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at scale such as JWTs, OIDC and fine-grained authorization, Experience with Terraform

Make paved paths and tooling
Create and support CI/CD pipelines
Manage artifact repositories
Own backend and frontend experience
Steward GraphQL and gRPC ecosystem
Ensure easy container orchestration use
Ensure easy observability stack use

Find friction slowing down engineers
Design and ship tools
