THE ROLE You'll own the internal developer platform that every engineer at Monaco builds on — the systems, environments, and tooling that turn an idea into shipped product with as little friction as possible. This is a high-leverage, wear-many-hats role: your work multiplies the output of the entire engineering team. You'll define the golden paths for how we develop, test, and ship, and you'll get to do it at a company that treats AI-assisted development as a first-class part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
