Must Have
5 + years of experience building internal developer platforms or developer-experience tooling, Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps-based delivery, Experience provisioning and managing developer environments, Comfort building self-service systems and internal tools, Ability to ramp quickly and move fast without hand-holding
Nice to Have
Experience with test data seeding, cloning, or anonymization for lower environments, Experience integrating AI/LLM tooling into developer workflows, Container and machine-image build experience (Docker, Packer)
