What You’ll Do: Design, build, and maintain Kotlin APIs and backend services that power MNTN’s distributed pacing and ad delivery systems Own critical infrastructure that drives optimization decisions across multiple campaigns and audiences Raise the bar for engineering quality and team culture through peer reviews, mentorship, and strong technical leadership Scale out microservices to ensure high performance and reliability Continuously optimize and evolve existing services for better performance and maintainability Collaborate cross-functionally with Business and Project Leads to communicate complex technical concepts and translate business requirements into scalable solutions What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience building distributed
