Must Have
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory, hands-on experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub), Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including 2+ years as LSA, Solid understanding of Pega application architecture, design patterns, and case management, Experience in real-time interaction management frameworks, knowledge of integration capabilities (APIs, services, messaging systems), Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Nice to Have
Exposure to digital banking / fintech environments, Experience working on enterprise-scale applications, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills, Experience with Node. js is a plus
