What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development, 2+ years of technical leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role, Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams, problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges, Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience building global payments systems for gaming or entertainment, Experience working with payments providers or equivalent payment processing systems, Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance in payment systems, Experience building payments fraud system (e. g. decisioning / rule engine, chargeback tools)
