engineering background in Python, experience building production systems, experience maintaining production systems, Experience with Kubernetes, deploying containerised workloads, managing containerised workloads, troubleshooting containerised workloads, Experience with cloud infrastructure, compute, storage, and networking, Understanding of distributed systems principles, Experience with observability and monitoring, building dashboards, building alerts, building tooling, Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, code review, CI/CD, clean, maintainable code, Ability to use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, validating outputs, retaining ownership of code quality
