Job Description The **Excellence Engineering** team is focused on driving customer success through proactive and responsive engineering support. The team handles complex engineering escalations and partners closely with product and support teams to deliver high-impact solutions. **Role Overview** We are looking for a motivated and technically curious **Officer** to join our Excellence Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute to solving engineering challenges, and grow into a leadership role. You will support engineering teams in managing escalations, reviewing customizations, and improving observability and automation practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering escalations for the **Charles River IMS** platform. * Support review and documentation of small-scale design and customization requests. * Participate in customer interactions under guidance from senior engineers. * Help investigate issues across **Java** and **C#** codebases. * Monitor application and database performance using observability tools (e.g., **Dynatrace** , **SolarWinds**). * Contribute to automation initiatives using AI tools and scripting. * Collaborate with product, support, and cloud teams to ensure smooth issue resolution. * Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support. **Required Skills & Experience** * Minimum 9+ years strong experience in Java Development. * Strong understanding of software engineering principles and troubleshooting techniques. * Strong work experience on **Java** or **C#** development environments. * Strong experience with **observability tools**(e.g., **Dynatrace / Splunk / ELK Stack / Datadog**). * Awareness of **cloud platforms** , preferably **Azure**. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. * **Hybrid Model** (Mandatory) **Shift timings _ APAC:** This positio
