What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer, Developing in Java with clean and maintainable code, design patterns, application’s architecture, architecting cloud-native applications on AWS, Good knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, system optimization, Excellent engineering skills, good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, Leadership, experience supporting and mentoring other team members, Experience with relational RDBMS (such as Postgres) and SQL, Code Quality practices, constructive code reviews, Knowledge of build tools (Maven or Gradle), Experience with a version control system such as git
Nice to Have
experience in using testing frameworks
