Must Have
comfortable working in an agile cross-functional team, ability to comfortably work independently in Objective-C & Swift, refactoring existing code to improve its design, working in an agile environment, develop test-covered code at a high quality, take part in team decisions to build scalable and maintainable apps, participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and standards are followed, document technical specifications, installation procedures, and other relevant information for applications, understanding of Mobile Software architectures, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles, experience with CI/CD and release process, good understanding of how to use Git, good understanding of UI/UX design principles and material design, proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g. , GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems, ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows
Nice to Have
experience with composable architectures (e.g. TCA), Experience with Objective‑C (particularly in legacy or mixed codebases), Swift Package Manager (authoring and managing internal packages), Tools such as Tuist for project/workspace generation, Performance profiling (Instruments) and observability (logs, metrics)
