What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of professional software engineering experience, Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, Experience building production backend services, Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP AWS also relevant), Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, Solid understanding of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), Solid understanding of RESTful API design, Experience with the full software development lifecycle, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with code review, Experience with production operations
Nice to Have
Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or developer tooling, Experience building with Claude, GPT, or similar prompt tool-use MCP (Model Context Protocol), Familiarity with Electron, Familiarity with desktop application development, Familiarity with container-based sandbox environments, A product-oriented mindset

Develop and extend AirDev

orchestrate agent lifecycles
and integrate with GitLab
Contribute to AirForge
a containerized desktop application that uses Claude Code to generate
and publish web applications
Build Quartermaster and CREW (Customized Resilient Enterprise Workflow)
the systems that provision
and govern autonomous agent workflows
Design and maintain Kafka-based event pipelines
Own the reliability of production agent infrastructure
Continuous improvement of platform services running on Kubernetes
