What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of professional software engineering experience, Proficiency in Python, Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, Experience building production backend services, Hands-on experience with containerization, Hands-on experience with orchestration, Experience with cloud platforms, Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, Solid understanding of messaging systems, Solid understanding of RESTful API design, Experience with the full software development lifecycle, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Experience with code review, Experience with production operations
Nice to Have
Experience working with LLMs, Experience working with AI agents, Experience working with developer tooling, Building with Claude, Building with GPT, Building with similar prompt tool-use MCP, Familiarity with Electron, Familiarity with desktop application development, Familiarity with container-based sandbox environments, Product-oriented mindset
