What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in iOS development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality apps to the App Store. Expertise in Swift, with deep knowledge of iOS SDK, SwiftUI, UIKit, and architectural patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture. Proficiency in integrating apps with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase, AWS). Skills in debugging, performance tuning, and profiling tools for iOS (e.g., Instruments). Familiarity with testing frameworks like XCTest for automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and ability to collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces. Analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
Nice to Have
Contributions to the iOS community or open-source projects. Proficiency in Xcode, Fastlane, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
