If a feature breaks or a customer is stuck, you’re the one who sees the fix through, regardless of where the problem sits in the stack. - Navigate real complexity: We aren’t doing simple CRUD work. You will be untangling massive systems and solving high-stakes puzzles that require creative thinking and the grit to push through frustration. - Be a "whatever it takes" engineer: You are flexible.
