What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, 5–8 years of software engineering experience, 5+ years of development experience in compiled, object-oriented languages, 2+ years of experience in dynamic scripting languages, Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven systems, SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, Experience building CI/CD pipelines and managing production deployments, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), proficiency with Git, GitHub, Agile tools such as JIRA, collaboration and teamwork skills, proven ability to unblock and mentor other engineers, track record of delivery in high-performance engineering environments
Nice to Have
Experience in Private Markets or Financial Services, financial market data collaboration
