What They're Looking For.
Must Have
iOS and/or Android engineering roots, track record of delivering complex, production-grade software outcomes, Comfort working across the stack — mobile instrumentation, backend pipelines, CI/CD systems, and developer tooling, ability to make good decisions quickly under ambiguity, ability to frame problems with precision, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM tool use, or agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock Agents, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Design and build platform-level test infrastructure for iOS and Android
Apply AI-driven failure classification
Partner with the AI Native platform team to ship net-new skills
Build and maintain in-app instrumentation
Design data pipelines
Own the infrastructure used to baseline
and debug mobile API behavior in CI
and Release Engineering teams to embed AI-native quality practices
Contribute to the design and rollout of agentic quality automation
