Security should be invisible to users but rock-solid underneath, Deliver robust and scalable identity, authentication, and user management solutions, Ensure security and ease of integration for internal teams and external partners, Serve as the cornerstone of secure and seamless user experiences, Prioritize autonomy and pragmatism, Solve complex problems without unnecessary friction, Engineering excellence measured by reliability and simplicity, Contribute to the identity and security roadmap, Define how Perk’s identity platform should evolve, Support SSO, enterprise provisioning, and developer-facing integrations at scale, Write design documents for significant changes to auth systems, Balance security rigour with developer experience, Guardian of technical quality, Spot where we need to harden, modernise or simplify identity stack, Set consistent patterns for how identity is handled, Contribute to engineering guilds, Work with architects on solution discovery, Mentor, Give thoughtful code review feedback, Model what great security-first engineering looks like, Help team grow depth in auth protocols, threat modelling and system design
