7+ years of software engineering experience, building and shipping full-stack applications, Former founder or early engineer at a startup, proficiency in modern programming languages, experience with web frameworks, SQL skills, Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to move quickly from prototype to production, make effective tradeoffs, ship incrementally, Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders and executive leadership, authorized to work in the U. S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship, Open to using AI to amplify their skills
