As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI team, you will play a key role in building and scaling the systems that power WHOOP AI’s internal and member-facing experiences. You will work across the stack to deliver high-quality features, contribute to agent orchestration system architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create seamless and impactful user experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES: - - Work in a cross-functional team alongside product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end features - Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and cloud technologies - Design and build intuitive user interfaces and integrate them with robust backend APIs to deliver seamless member experiences - Contribute to feature ideation, technical design, and implementation, translating business requirements into scalable solutions - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, following best practices for performance, security, and reliability - Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues while continuously improving system performance and stability QUALIFICATIONS: - - 2–5 years of professional software development experience - Experience building and maintaining high-quality, performant web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS - Experience designing and developing APIs (RESTful services preferred) - Experience building solutions leveraging Large Language Models - Strong problem-solving skills and abil
