What They're Looking For.
Must Have
seniority in full-stack web development, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, Java, Kotlin, Spring Framework, MySQL, Proficiency in using REST APIs or similar for data integration, Experience working in production with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP or Azure, Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Helm, Experience with building observability into services to track usage and health (Grafana stack), A deep understanding of the value of testing to deliver a high-quality product, Working knowledge of containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, Experience working closely with product management and UX teams to deliver the best solution to the problem at hand, A background in fostering a culture of continuous delivery, test automation and agile development, BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
ExpressJS/Next.js, Webpack, WebSocket, Gulp, private and public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Proven ability to influence your team's technical decisions and lead projects to completion, A passion for mentoring other engineers and elevating the team's capabilities, CI/CD best practices, infrastructure-as-code tools (like Terraform)
