What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on full stack development experience, Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL or MySQL, AWS (Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, ECS, S3, IAM), Jenkins or GitHub Action or Bitbucket pipelines, Camunda or Bonitasoft or PEGA or similar platform experience, microservices, event driven design, containerization (Docker), modern architectural patterns, AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., code copilots), Prompting and evaluating LLM outputs for engineering tasks, ML/AI concepts relevant to application development such as OCR/NLP basics, model/service integration patterns (REST/SDK), & responsible AI considerations, Agile methodologies, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging abilities, Ability to work in global Agile teams with distributed stakeholders, excellent communication and collaboration skills, Proactive communication, ownership mindset, and attention to detail, bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related technical field
Nice to Have
familiarity with NoSQL, Exposure to Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategy (REMS) or pharmacovigilance or patient safety, or regulated life-sciences environment, Foundational understanding of GxP processes, compliance and validation processes, Technical Certifications in AWS, Agile or BPM tools
