We are currently evolving our platform to support deep-tier interconnection across the Motorola product portfolio. Our team values high-performance engineering, architectural integrity, and a commitment to building the most reliable real-time tools in the industry. While our stack features Vue 3, Pinia, and TypeScript on the frontend and Go on the backend, we prioritize engineering fundamentals over specific library knowledge. We are looking for a seasoned developer who can navigate complex logic, manage sophisticated state, and help us steer our architecture forward. We have an office in Uxbridge (West London) and fully embrace a hybrid home/office working model, with an aim for 2 days in the office. ## Job Description * Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. * Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. * Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. * Architects and implements complex state management patterns and robust API integrations to support a scaling ecosystem. * Optimizes delivery by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and leveraging Firebase services for rapid, reliable feature deployment. ## Basic Requirements * Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a heavy focus
