What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on frontend development, Proficiency in React with hooks, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies like Vite, Chakra UI, Axios, and Playwright for testing, Experience in building responsive, well-tested, and performant web applications, understanding of front-end tooling and package management using Vite and Yarn, Experience with continuous integration and deployment using GitHub Actions, and hosting applications on AWS, A keen sense for identifying business needs and communicating clear visions for implementing frontend solutions, communication skills, capable of explaining complex frontend issues to non-technical audiences, Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity, Proficiency in frontend system design, with an ability to architect scalable and maintainable web applications, Familiarity with API design and development best practices, ensuring efficient and secure data exchange between the frontend and backend, Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices in frontend development
