What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience as a senior software engineer with a emphasis on Python development in production environments, Proven expertise and deep knowledge in building and deploying generative AI applications, understanding the nuances and caveats of leveraging LLMs, vector databases (e. g. , Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and modern open-source agentic frameworks within a secure enterprise context, Hands-on experience leveraging AI developer tooling like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate and enhance your own engineering workflows, Practical experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, Solid grasp of modern web technologies including FastAPI, Asyncio, database systems like PostgreSQL
Nice to Have
Exposure of enterprise architecture including practical experience implementing IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, and robust security best practices, Experience designing and building robust services for enterprise administration and billing systems, Experience navigating complex or legacy system migrations and the infrastructure side of deployments
