What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Vehicle Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or robotics software development, C++, Python, Solid understanding of motion planning, path planning, vehicle control, or active safety algorithms, Experience with on-vehicle debugging and real-time system diagnostics, CAN/Ethernet signal analysis, Log-based replay, Sensor validation, Parameter tuning on physical vehicles, Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Multi-carline development experience, Experience building developer tools, test automation frameworks, or diagnostic platforms, Familiarity with NVIDIA DriveOS / DRIVE AV platform, Direct OEM customer collaboration, Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262), Knowledge of ADAS testing standards (Euro NCAP, C-NCAP, GSR), Willingness to travel and work on-site at test tracks or customer locations

Adapt planning and control algorithms
Conduct on-vehicle testing
Debug and tune performance
Design and develop PnC testing tools
Build automated triage pipelines
and release readiness
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate directly with OEM partners; Communicate technical findings to global stakeholders; Communicate bug analysis reports to OEM partners; Communicate resolution proposals to cross-geo teams

Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal); Able to produce clear technical reports; Able to participate in meetings with global teams
