What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years of experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, Experience working with an RDBMS using SQL, Proven experience owning features or products through the full lifecycle - from discovery to release to iteration

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of critical product features, delivering seamless, high-impact user experiences in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers. Our current stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, React, Ruby, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH. The Dialer Team The Dialer team owns the core of Orum’s platform, powering millions of outbound calls and generating the rich conversation data that drives our product. This is a highly technical, real-time system where milliseconds impact connect rates and outcomes. You’ll work on distributed systems for parallel dialing, call routing, and real-time audio built for speed, reliability, and scale, while also helping embed AI-driven intelligence into the dialer to continuously improve connect rates and optimize call strategies.
