We will interview for them, hold each other accountable to them, and make sure we work with every single person we interact with in a way that's consistent with these values.   About The Role We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform to build and scale the data infrastructure that powers Wagmo's growth. You'll design and maintain robust pipelines, architect our data warehouse, and partner closely with Analytics, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure clean, reliable data flows across the business. You bring hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tooling, and you care as much about data quality and governance as you do about shipping fast. You'll translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical solutions, mentor the next generation of data talent, and help us build the data foundation that will carry Wagmo from startup to scale.   Our Tech Stack: BigQuery · dbt · Fivetran · Python · GCP · GitHub · Tableau · Slack · Notion · Claude   Core Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture (BigQuery).
