We define the technical direction across Oasis's core verticals, and we bridge the gap between cutting-edge R&D, product, and customer outcomes. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer at the CTO Office to join this team. This is a rare hybrid role built for someone who can write code and communicate it - someone who's equally comfortable building a proof of concept and evaluating challenges raised by customers. You'll contribute directly to shaping how Oasis's technology is designed, packaged, and adopted at the enterprise level. If you're a software engineer ready to expand into product and strategy work, or a solutions architect who wants to get closer to the code - this role was built for you. What You'll Do Design and build proof-of-concept implementations to evaluate emerging technologies and validate new product directions. Contribute to technical roadmap planning across the company's core product verticals. Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational frameworks to support enterprise-scale deployments.
